At Thomas Jefferson School, students in beginning band in 5th and 6th grade rehearse on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:45 to 9:30 am. Students in beginning orchestra in 5th and 6th grade rehearse on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:45 to 9:30 am.
Students may choose from the following instruments for each ensemble: Band- flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, or percussion Orchestra- violin, viola, or cello
